Dress Inspo: Oscars Red Carpet Looks

The red carpet’s biggest fashion night of the year is here!  So, who won the red carpet this time?

2017 Oscars Red Carpet Inspo

It was a red carpet that was basically void of bad decisions this time.  There was major glamour, sparkle, and couture moments happening at this year’s Oscars. Let’s review the red carpet arrivals below, and then let me know who wins your vote for best dressed of the night.

Brie Larson’s glamorous Oscar de la Renta is so beautiful old Hollywood-styled.  I love it it, and how it’s kind of a throwback to the 80s.

Charlize Theron showed up in a pretty Dior dress.

Best Supporting Actress winner Viola Davis is stunning in this red Armani.

Priyanka Chopra is one of my favorite fashion celebs.  She always looks amazing, and tonight she showed up wearing a Ralph & Russo design from Paris Couture Fashion Week just last month.

Emma Stone chose to wear gold maybe/probably because she wants to win the gold.  This is a very pretty Givenchy dress.

Halle Berry is Halle Berry, so she got a Versace dress right off of the fashion week runway.

Nicole Kidman is looking pale in this Armani Prive gown.

I think that Scarlett Johanson’s gown is a very similar cut to Charlize’s dress, but this Alaia gown is obviously a very different color.  So who wore it better?  Scarlett’s hair though… love it.

I’m not sure I love this Louis Vuitton worn by Alicia Vikander.

At first glance, I hated Dakota Johnson’s Gucci look. But when the camera panned in, I realized that it is actually phenomenal.  One of my best dressed.

Hey, if you’re going to go big, do it at the Oscars, right?  This very elaborate gown is Elie Saab.

I’m playing photo assumption here, but Michelle Williams looks miserable.  Maybe she hates her hair?  She is (of course) wearing Louis Vuitton (she’s under contract with them.)  Oh, and her dress looks a lot like Emma Roberts’ dress.  Maybe she’s pissed about that.

Here’s Emma Roberts in a vintage Armani Prive dress.  Who wore it better?

Jessica Beal looked nice in this Kauffman Franco dress.  That’s all.

Octavia Spencer is a princess tonight in this Marchesa look!

Taraji P. Henson KILLT it!  Seriously… so glamorous. She is wearing Alberta Ferretti.

Kirsten Dunst looks beautiful in this Dior gown.  Simple, but beautiful.

Chrissy Teigen went with bridal chic in this Zuhair Murad.  Zuhair is almost always a winner.

Leslie Mann was one of the only (if not ONLY) to wear yellow tonight.  Good for her! She looks cute in this Zac Posen gown.

Karlie Kloss is providing some serious #dressporn vibes in this contemporary, sleek Stella McCartney dress.

Also opting for bridal chic was Hailee Steinfeld in this pretty Monique Lhullier dress (literally a wedding dress).

Felicity Jones is opting for more of a ‘ballet chic’ look with this tulle Dior gown.

Ruth Negga looked like a medieval maiden in couture with this Valentino look tonight.

Best Actress nominee Isabelle Huppert is rocking this Elie Saab dress.

This one is also a best dressed for me: Olivia Culpo in Marchesa.

I cannot find anywhere what designer Kate McKinnon is wearing tonight, but she’s so darn cute! EDIT: It’s Narciso Rodriquez.

So tell me your favorites in the comments… who is your best and your worst dressed?
